We work with small shops, individual hat shapers, and growing teams. Whether you’re a one-person operation or building a larger business, we’ll meet you where you are and help you refine your craft, improve your systems, and create a better overall customer experience.
Do you train my staff or just me?
Whether you’re coming solo or bringing staff, we’ll make sure everyone is equipped with the skills and systems to succeed. We offer a 25% discount for additional students, and for larger teams, we’re happy to customize pricing to fit your needs.
Is training virtual or in person?
You can learn from anywhere with our virtual training, or join us in Denver for a hands-on, in-person experience. We offer group sessions for 1–5 students, and for teams of 6 or more, we can host a private training—perfect for team building. No matter which path you choose, you’ll get the same level of support, guidance, and proven systems to help you succeed.
How does supply access work?
